These small Italian meatballs “polpettina” are great to make at home with your children, or you can have them as an adult meal. This classic Italian meatballs recipe with a yummy tomato sauce will make enough extra to freeze for a quick meal when you have less time. Enjoy!

Ingredients
You Will Need

A food processor
Extra virgin olive oil
7g oregano 0.2 oz
Small bunch thyme
1 large free range egg
85 g grated parmesan cheese 3 oz
4 medium/small onions
6 cloves garlic
5 500g cartons of passata

Ground meat
500g pork mince 1.1 lb
1 kilo beef mince 2.2 lb

Festival Noodles

Welcome to my Thai egg noodles recipe. This is a stir fry egg noodle dish with vegetables in a Thai style. This dish was inspired by having a Thai noodle dish at Glastonbury festival. It became a great hangover meal for when we thought we had nothing quick to eat and the dish became known as “hangover noodles”. You just use what you have to hand to make a quick tasty meal.

Ingredients
You Will Need

Egg noodles

1 tea sp Soy Sauce
2 desert sp Fish sauce

½ an onion

2 cloves of garlic

Any veg that you have to hand

Better Than Roast, Chicken Surprise

Welcome to my Better Than Roast, Chicken Surprise recipe. This is a Thai inspired dish with coconut milk and peanut butter and a splash of lime. I came up with this recipe when I was chatting to a friend on Instagram. They were having roast chicken which made me jealous, so I came up with this. Enjoy!

ingredients
You Will Need

For one person
A chicken breast
Half an onion
Two cloves of garlic
Veg of your choice
½ can coconut milk
2 desert spoons fish sauce
I desert spoon palm sugar
I teaspoon of Thai red curry paste
I tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter

Thai Chicken Chilli and Basil

Welcome to my Thai Chicken Chilli and Basil recipe. This is my version of a dish I had in a Thai Restaurant in Belgium. My own twist on the traditional Thai recipe is to use figs instead of Thai aubergine. I think it brings a lovely sweetness to a hot dish. Enjoy!

Easy Chicken Satay    With Peanut Sauce

Welcome to my Low carb Easy Chicken Satay Recipe With a Peanut Sauce. This recipe was created because a small portion of chicken satay is never enough for me, so I created a big one. This recipe uses peanut butter instead of beating the life out of peanuts, because life’s too short. With the addition of lime juice to take the flavor to another level.

Welcome to my Thai Pork, Rice Wine and Sesame Oil recipe. The pork is marinated for three hours before it is cooked with green curry paste. Making a fantastic hot Thai pork curry. I often bring this dish in on a sizzler for added show. Enjoy!

Welcome to my Vietnamese Chicken with Lemongrass and Cashews recipe. This is a recipe that I have used for sometime and is often requested by my friends. At the end of the video I will show you my sesame rice noodles. I discovered this recipe at a pub meal in Kent, UK. Enjoy!

One,Two or Three Red chillies to taste

British Pancakes Recipe


British pancakes that you can have for breakfast, lunch or even an after-dinner treat. My humorous take on a classic Shrove Tuesday treat.
Enjoy with a sweet or savoury topping rolled or folded in any way you want. This easy to make recipe has no salt or added sugar until the end; therefore, it can be made into pancakes, Yorkshire puddings and a batter for toad (sausage) in the hole.

1/2 pint 300ml whole milk

How To Make Ragu Bolognese Sauce

Welcome to my, How To Make Ragu Bolognese sauce recipe. This is an authentic Ragu Bolognese sauce from Naples in southern Italy. Thanks to my friend for this recipe. It takes six hours to cook so its worth making a big one and freezing what you don’t use. You can then have a quick meal in ten minutes when you are in a hurry. Alternatively its great for those family gatherings where people are coming and going. It will keep on a low hob for ages then you can cook pasta, zoodles or courgetti in 10 minutes to suit. Enjoy!

ingredients
You Will Need

3 large onions
A small bulb of garlic
1 carrot
4 x 500 g cartons of passata
One of the empty passata cartons of water
Tomato pure
7g Oregano
½ bottle of wine good drinking
1/3 pork mince 500 g
2/3 beef mince 1 kilo

Sausage with Red Onion Gravy

Welcome to my Sausage with Red Onion Gravy recipe and mint and garam masala mash. Which I find is a perfect accompaniment to this dish. You can easily make this low carb by replacing the peas and using celeriac mash.
This is a little different onion gravy which ends up more like a chutney. If you want a more traditional gravy you can add more liquid (wine). Enjoy!

½ a red onion per person
2 to 3 cloves of garlic per person
2 to 3 butchers sausages per person
½ cube of pork stock per person

Welcome to my bananas with caramel sauce recipe. This is a quick fruit bowl recipe That I use when I have unexpected guests and share the main meal further than expected. I usually have bananas in the fruit bowl and cream in the fridge, with the addition of some sugar it makes a delicious caramel sauce. This is definitely not Keto or low carb but still a great treat for your guests.
